Order and Delivery Terms:
Orders may be placed online only. Orders cannot be made for days that have passed or for the current day after 09:00 AM. You can place your order monthly, one per each child/employee, once per month. Once you have placed your order and made the payment, no additional changes in ordering can be made for that month.
All lunches that are ordered through 'ISB Catering' are delivered by Party Service to the appropriate ISB Campus, depending on Student Grade Level or ISB Employee location. The lunch is delivered before the school lunch break starts. The lunches and delivery services are provided for all instructional days during the school year. Delivery service is included in the price of the lunch.
Payment Methods:
We accept only online payments by payment cards. Online payment card payments are processed by Banca Intesa Beograd. Accepted payment cards include VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, MASTERCARD / MAESTRO and DINA card.
All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia (RSD). For the purposes of informative presentation of prices in other currencies, will be used the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The amount your card will be charged for, will be expressed in your local currency through conversion to the same exchange rate used by card organizations, which may not be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our site. Thank you for your understanding.
Complaint and Refund Policy:
All complaints should be submitted in written form to Party Service email Your complaint will be processed within 5 working days and a reply will be sent to you by e-mail. If your complaint has been approved, please note that no reimbursement will be made to VISA, EC/MC or Maestro and DINA card (No refund policy). Instead, the total amount for your lunch order for the following month will be decreased (credited) for the approved number of lunch credits. Please note that any complaint needs to be submitted by May 31st at the latest in order to process it with the June lunch order, in case your complaint had been approved.
Lunch Cancellation:
Ordered lunch for the current day may be canceled by 09:00AM. For any other day, lunch may be canceled at any time. No refund policy is applicable, so the total amount for your lunch order for the following month will be decreased (credited) for the number of lunch credits. It is possible to use any lunch credit by May 31st only by ordering the same type of the meal that was previously canceled. No lunch credits will be awarded in the month of June and lunch credits can't be transferred between school years.
On behalf of the Party Service, we are obliged to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about the customers/users, and the data required for our business operations and distributing information to the users, in accordance with the positive business practices, with the objective of providing quality service. We provide customers with the option of choosing to be unsubscribed from the mailing lists used for marketing purposes. All information about customers/users is strictly confidential, and may be accessed only by employees who require the information in order to carry out their duties. All Party Service employees and their business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy policy.
