Terms and Conditions

Order and Delivery Terms:
Orders may be placed online only. Orders cannot be made for days that have passed or for the current day after 09:00 AM. You can place monthly your order per each child/employee only once per month. Once you have placed your order and made the payment, no additional changes in ordering can be made for that month.
 
All lunches that are ordered trough 'ISB Catering' are delivered by Air Serbia Catering to the appropriate ISB Campus, depending on Student Grade Level or ISB Employee location. The lunch delivery is during the school lunch break in the period from 11:15 – 11:55 AM. The lunches and delivery services are provided for all instructional days during the school year. Delivery service is included in the price of the lunch.
 
Payment Methods:
We accept two payment methods, online by credit card or in cash at the ISB Business Office. Online credit card payments are processed by Banca Intesa Beograd. Accepted credit cards include VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO card.
 
Complaint and Refund Policy:
All complaints should be submitted in written form to Air Serbia Catering email catering.commercial@airserbia.com Your complaint will be processed within 5 working days and a reply will be sent to you by e-mail. If your complaint has been approved, please note that no reimbursement will be made to VISA, EC/MC or Maestro card if that was the method of payment, or in cash (No refund policy). Instead, the total amount for your lunch order for the following month will be decreased (credited) for the approved number of lunch credits. Please note that any complaint needs to be submitted by May 31st at the latest in order to process it with the June lunch order, in case your complaint had been approved. No lunch credits will be awarded in the month of June.
 
Lunch Cancellation:
Ordered lunch for the current day may be canceled by 09:00AM. For any other day, lunch may be canceled at any time. No refund policy is applicable, so the total amount for your lunch order for the following month will be decreased (credited) for the number of lunch credits. No lunch credits will be awarded in the month of June.
 
Privacy:
On behalf of the Air Serbia Catering, we are obliged to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary, basic information about the customers/users, and the data required for our business operations and distributing information to the users, in accordance with the positive business practices, with the objective of providing quality service. We provide customers with the option of choosing to be unsubscribed from the mailing lists used for marketing purposes. All information about customers/users is strictly confidential, and may be accessed only by employees who require the information in order to carry out their duties. All Air Serbia Catering employees and their business partners are responsible for respecting the privacy policy.
