Dear Parents,
In the previous weeks, we extended the unit of inquiry ‘Who We Are – Together’.
That allowed students to use their knowledge for creating their pieces of art for the
Art Show.
Also, we have started working on the unit of inquiry ‘How We Express Ourselves’ as
a connection to their learning in the homeroom. The aim of this unit is for students
to become aware that they can express particular emotions through their work.
Students were responding to the stories read to them and works of famous artists
shown in the beginning of the classes, while creating collages, drawings, and paintings.
We hope that you will enjoy seeing the students’ work at the Upper School.
