Lower School After School Activities           Fall Season 2018

TUESDAY

Street Dance & Hip-Hop                         Our hip-hop dance classes will be divided into several stages. First, we will do a warm up. We start with head exercises over the shoulder,
                                               arm, waist, hips, legs and feet and stretching. Then do rhythmic exercises. A combination of dance steps, simple, with lots of repetition, in
                       Gr. 3-5                 order for children to adopt the combination as soon as possible. Students will learn a new part of choreography together with repeating
                                               what was learned in previous classes. Our final phase will be stretching of the muscles and relaxation. Maximum 10 students

Programming Basics -Introduction to            Scratch introduces simple programming concepts and provides a stepping stone to the more advanced world of computer programming.
                    Scratch                    With Scratch, students create interactive stories, games and animations and at the same time they learn how to think cre vely, rea-
                                               son systematically and work collaboratively. Join us and create your first Scratch project. Maximum 10 students

       Baseball                                Students will learn and practice the fundamentals of baseball. We will participate in a variety of exciting recreational baseball related
                                               games in an encouraging environment designed to enhance motor coordination in preparation to learn the game. Organized drills and

                                               Juniors “aMUSE” leadership journey you will explore new roles, break stereotypes and tell your story to inspire others. As a Junior you will
                 Gr. 4-5                       also learn new skills by earning Girl Scout badges. Your skill-based and Financial Literacy badges may include Scribe, Gardener, Animal
                                               Habitats, Junior First Aid, Playing the Past and Business Owner. Maximum 15 students
