Dear Parents,
In the previous weeks, students finished were working on the unit of inquiry ‘How We Express
Ourselves’ as a connection to their learning in the homeroom. Students explored the style of Keith
Haring and use of movement and color with success. They chose to draw with various drawing ma-
terials and reflected on the use of movement and the style of Haring in the work.
As a student initiated action, students created big paper sculptures for the Art Show. They applied
their knowledge of the use of movement.
We hope that you will enjoy seeing the students’ work at the Upper School.
