Art

In the previous weeks, students finished working on the Unit of Inquiry Who We Are – Sens-
es as a connection to their learning in the homeroom. Students were drawing and making
collages.

Children continued learning through games; they investigated different foam shapes with Svetlana
their eyes closed. After this, with their eyes open, students traded some of them for those Spasic Glid
Art Teacher
in different colors and chose more of the shapes for creating their collages. In order to find
out what has texture, children were involved in investigating the classroom and their
clothes with their hands. In the past weeks, we focused on learning about shape while
cutting and drawing, and about texture while creating collages and playing games.

Student reflected on their learning in the second trimester.
