Although our start was a little bit shy, now we are an enthusi-
astic little group and we enjoy the class. We started off by ex-
ploring movement and sound patterns in nature that are defin-
ing seasons and trying to imitate them. Children practiced
clapping patterns and coordination through singing a song
about body parts. We read a book “Wiggle” by Doreen Cronin
and tried to imitate movements from the book.
Connecting to the PYP unit Together –at School, we practiced
to move safely within a group with awareness of one’s person-
al space and the personal space of other participants in the
class.
