Dear Parents,
In the previous weeks, students were working on the unit of inquiry ‘How We Express Ourselves’
as a connection to their learning in the homeroom.
Students have started exploring the style of Keith Haring. We used the ‘See, Think, Wonder’ proce-
dure to discuss his works. Students found out that the formal elements of arts and design in the
artists’ work are shape, color and movement. Students wrote their questions, and started creating
their own works in order to respond to his style.
