Dear Parents,

Here is the third newsletter for the French class in order to keep you informed about the things we
have been learning during the last period.

Usually, right before the holidays, we get the opportunity to bake, which allows us to review some of
the food vocabulary we learned before and, at the same time, practice understanding written instruc-
tions in French. This year we will not be able to do this before the holidays. Therefore, we are post-
poning it for the first weeks when we come back.

At this moment, we are finishing our Unit about different types of maps and orientation in space by
working in two teams and creating a treasure hunt game for each other. This will allow us to review
once more all of the expressions for giving directions we have learned in this Unit, and to practice
understanding them.
