In the previous weeks, students finished working on the unit of inquiry ‘How We Ex-
press Ourselves – Emotions’, as a connection to the students’ learning in the home-
room.
Students focused on using lines and shapes to represent emotions and the experiences
related to them. Students also created their own Emotion books in which they used
drawings and photos to share and show emotions. Throughout this unit students fo-
cused on being reflective as they discussed how the experiences made them feel.
